Programa de Manejo Personal de la Diabetes
This is a version of the Living Well With Diabetes class that was created for Spanish speakers and developed to be culturally appropriate. It is for adults and their caregivers who want to learn ways to manage their diabetes. It is designed to improve an individual’s A1C number and reduce the complications associated with diabetes.
About the class
Classes are for 10-16 participants. They are led by two trained leaders, one or both of whom are lay people with diabetes.
